Fix Auto Mahnke Auto Body utilizes the industry’s best estimating systems, products, and technology. All employees have I-CAR and vendor training.

Customer Care 

Fix Auto Mahnke customers step into the sunny front office where they are welcomed by a friendly receptionist.  Car rentals are delivered within minutes from the rental agency of the customer’s choice. Courtesy rides may also be arranged. The lot is fully secured by an eight-foot chain link fence topped with barbed wire.

Mahnke customers are assigned a personal Customer Service Representative,  CSR. The CSR prepares the written estimate, explainind the details of the Repair Process details with the customer, including the dates for repair, parts, insurance procedures, stages, and warranties. Customers receive copies of the estimate, lifetime-limited warranty, company brochure, and a brochure outlining the step by step repair process . 

Frequent communication is another component of excellent customer service. Mahnke’s company-wide policy of collecting Customer Service surveys and practicing systematic customer follow-up, through FIX AUTO COLORADO, helps us to stay in touch with each customer’s level of satisfaction with the process and the final outcome of the repairs.  Consequently, a large percentage of our business is from repeat customers, their family, and friends.

Estimators and Technicians

Mahnke Auto Body has a formal training and education program in place to track I-CAR Platinum and Gold Designations, PPG ICI Certifications, as well as other vendor compliance. Mahnke estimators are certified graduates of CCC Pathways estimating training.

Repair Technology

Heine-Werner frame equipment provides a source of constantly updated structural specifications covering all vehicles. The Shark’s technology measures vehicles in three dimensions. The frame equipment provides a four-point anchoring system, locking a vehicle in a stationary position during simultaneous multiple body or structural pulls. All results are documented by the equipment’s printed reports. Collision technicians are certified to use the ProSpot resistance welder.

Mahnke Auto Body's paint booth is a Spray Bake Semi-Downdraft bake oven. 

Only the finest Spies Hecker paint is used and mixed in the custom, in-house system. Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is available on site at every shop.
